Hatha yoga rebalances physical and mental energies of the body. Based on the harmonisation of breathing and asanas postures, hatha yoga helps to release stress, chronic fatigue and to regain energy and flexibility.
The Pilates method was originally used by dancers to gain strength and flexibility for a lean body. It is the perfect method to regain flexibility and a flat stomach.
An independent yoga and Pilates teacher works with the Bay Hotel. She offers individual classes to guests.
