As from 14 days before arrival	100% cancelation fees
In case of 'No show' or departure before booked departure date	100% cancelation feesn

You may cancel or amend your booking up to 14 Days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.
A refund of your deposit will be organised (less bank charges occurred by The Bay Hotel).
